HOW MUCH WILL MY BLINDS COST 

Everything we make is made to measure to the millimetre so it is difficult to give you a "square metre rate" or "piece rate". The main determinants of price are fabric and textile finishes and these are grouped from lowest to highest, so a "group 1" material will be the best value. Our design consultant can give you an exact costing in your home or you can get an approximation if you visit our showroom

WHAT TIME WILL MY APPOINTMENT TAKE PLACE

Once you make an appointment for a sales agent to come and give a free in premises consultation you will be offered the next available day. The sales agent should then contact you the evening before or the morning of the appointment to confirm an arrival time with you. The installers will also confirm an estimated arrival time on the morning of the allocated installation day usually by 9:30am.

WHAT HAPPENS ONCE I PLACE AN ORDER

We require 50% deposit of the total cost to initiate an order. A further 40% of the total will be required upon confirmation of the installation date and prior to installation. The balance will be due on installation.

We accept credit card payments by Visa or Mastercard; EFT and cash. If there are any alterations to your order these will need to be clarified and confirmed prior to placing the order as these may affect the price.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE READY 

Each product has a different lead-time however we try and coordinate all products in to one convenient delivery. In some situations, it may be desirable for you to split the order so as to obtain some products ahead of others. Your sales agent or showroom consultant will be able to advise you of the lead-times for each product. Remember to have any existing window coverings removed prior to the installation of your new products (unless alternative arrangements have been made)
